Bonde Do Role - James Bonde

Sleazy guitar driven good times that the likes of Ja’mie King would thrash to without hesitation. Turns out cuckoo Brazilian funsters Bonde do Role have a thing for ol’ 007. And then some.

To the rocked out strains of the original Bond theme, now departed frontwoman Marina Vello brings new meaning to the term ‘secret service’, imagining our favourite agent as James Bonde: gay, loving it, but with a dilemma. If the Queen discovers he uses fake eyelashes, he’ll be stood down. Wonder if Q has invented a gaydar that tucks away into Bonde’s watch?

It’s doubtful you’ve spent two minutes listening to anything quite like this ever before, but it’s in a bizarre Brazilian sub-dialect that makes every word fun and exciting. The fourth single to be lifted from their album With Lasers, it has no remixes or even a dub on this promo, which makes it a somewhat pointless release… But it’s good times all the same, and you can only chuckle at the success of these nutbags.

lol I hear you mate, but it's actually pajuba from what I've read, and it's used pretty heavily on this track.
