Indeed, electro may not be electro – but unfortunately, like a lot of this new school not-electro that all the fluro wearing masses seem to like, this track by Atomic Hooligan isn’t very good either. It’s just dancefloor by the numbers, and I found this track to be a really average outing by an act who can, and have done so much better.

It’s made even worse by the pedestrian remix by Rico Tubbs, an old school ‘homage’ that borders on straight up theft. I get the whole nostalgia vibe, because I was there too, and I liked ‘old school’ when it was fresh and new. It’s very far from fresh these days, and these remixes just sound trite.
