Eminem’s mum rags on her fat slob son

After she’s been disowned, defiled and occasionally brutalised on her son’s albums, Eminem’s mum is returning the favour. In her new book, My Son Marshall, Debbie Nelson reveals how the rapper has turned into an overweight recluse.

Ever since D12 crew member Proof was gunned down in Detroit 18 months ago, Eminem has apparently sworn off the mic (and the exercise bike). The Sun tabloid claims he spends his days watching TV, playing video games and shovelling junk food.

“I fear for him every moment,” Debbie writes in her book. “He’s let his blond hair grow out so everything but the ends are dark. His face has broken out in pimples and he’s put on so much weight that he’s causing all sorts of other health problems for himself.”

Twisting the knife in the name of motherly concern, Debbie also compares her once-ubiquitous child to that other bloated white-guy-doing-black-music, Elvis.

“He’s always had high blood pressure and his cholesterol levels must be sky high,” she continues. “He orders fillet steak takeout from an expensive restaurant almost every evening.”
