Image for DJ Hero unveils full in-game setlist

We’ve been watching with wide eyes the development of Activision’s Guitar Hero off-shoot DJ Hero, following the upcoming title’s progression from conception to reality. Along the way we’ve been peppered with little tidbits of information about the game, like the inclusion of international club favourites like The Scratch Perverts, Grandmaster Flash and, of course, Daft Punk. ITM even managed to score the first publicly playable version of the game in Australia for our super-sized Sony inthemix50 awards night! With the launch of DJ Hero finally around the corner, some more juicy details have emerged overnight, namely, the full list of tracks found in the game.

As revealed on gamer portal Joystiq and later confirmed by the DJ Hero team, the tracklist below shows just how stuffed the game is with hits. On the list are artists far and wide, including the likes of Fedde Le Grand, Justice, Beastie Boys, DJ Shadow and a healthy dose of the afore mentioned French robots, not to mention some straight-up classics from David Bowie, InDeep, Cameo and Vanilla Ice.

It’s a pretty wild collection of tracks, ensuring that players will be furiously chopping and screwing through the mixes for hours on end when DJ Hero hits the streets on October 28th. Check out the full setlist and exclusive in-game footage below and stay tuned to ITM for more info soon.
