Man murdered at Major Lazer show

A live show for the Diplo and Switch collaborative supergroup Major Lazer ended in disaster over the weekend, with a man shot and killed outside the Atlanta club that Major Lazer were playing at.

As reported by the Atlanta Journal-Constitution (via Hipster Runoff’s ALT Report weirdly enough), the incident took place on Sunday night when Major Lazer took to the stage of Atlanta club The Masquerade.

While the masters of daggering were working their live show inside the club, outside the venue two men reportedly got into a verbal altercation, leading ultimately to the offending party shooting and killing 26 year old Matthew Cole.

What’s even more disturbing about the original report is that the AJC describe Major Lazer as a reggae act. What the?

Hi, I'm an InTheMix commenter. I hate any artist that deviates away from what I believe is 'real dance music', I don't believe in different strokes for different folks and merely feel that whatever music doesn't tickle my fancy is instantly 'shit' and 'a
