2manydjs added to Parklife festivities

It’s already a certainty that Soulwax will be one of the highlights of the fast-approaching Parklife tour, and it turns out we’ll be getting a double dose of Dewaele magic. The brothers will slip into their 2manydjs guise for a second set at the festival, just as they did in 2008. For those in the mood to rave, this is very good news indeed – and really, how could they come all this way and not spin some tunes?

Parklife has also announced the four themed stages that will do the national rounds. The Sahara Stage is reserved for the big names, including hip hop diva Missy Elliot, Groove Armada’s newly-minted ‘Black Light’ show and returning hero Busy P.

The Kakadu Stage looks tailored to indie tastes with Kele, Darwin Deez and The Dandy Warhols, while it’s a blog-tastic affair at the Atoll Stage thanks to Dan Black, Chiddy Bang, Bag Raiders et al. Finally, the Cave Stage is a bit more disco and bass-loving with The Glitch Mob, Holy Ghost! and The Swiss.

No indication as yet on where we’ll find Soulwax and 2manydjs letting loose, but on the evidence of 2008, you won’t want to be anywhere else…

mate, i agree they are awesome - but that perth set at summadayze was shite. a few chuckles from the visuals, but if that is what you are relying on to pull the crowd you are in trouble - happily went and saw tenaglia close out in style that day
