Following 2009’s heavyweight affair, Brisbane’s boutique blow-out Blah Blah Blah @ Riverlife returns this summer. Staged by local crew Adicts, the festival happens on Tuesday 28 December (the Boxing Day public holiday) with a seriously impressive line-up of hip hop, breaks and beats.

Some of the prime pickings from Perth’s Breakfest line-up are on board, including Freestylers, Freq Nasty, Rico Tubbs and Soul Of Man, spinning a ‘History of Fingerlickin’ Records’ set. German electro kingpins Digitalism also bulk up the international contingent, and drum & bass fans will be stoked to see Hospital Records whiz Netsky on the list. Among the imported names are a handful of our own live favourites like Koolism, Funkoars and Horrorshow.

Blah Blah Blah @ Riverlife takes over Riverlife, Kangaroo Point, on Tuesday 28 December 2010. The line-up looks like this:

Digitalism
Freestylers
Soul Of Man [History Of Fingerlickin’ Records set]
Freq Nasty
Excision
Beardyman
Horrorshow
Funkoars
Cuban Brothers
Far Too Loud
Rico Tubbs
Koolism
Netsky
Atomic Hooligan
