Flying Lotus summer tour dates locked in

Back in August the news broke that LA beat wizard Flying Lotus had Australia in his sights for summer, and now his tour stops have been locked in. The ‘Flying Lotus Live’ show begins its circuit at the Rhythm and Vines Festival in New Zealand, before rolling onto Perth for New Years Eve. At all dates, the headliner is accompanied by The Gaslamp Killer and Hudson Mohawke, making this an all-killer triple-bill for lovers of warped hip hop and dub.
2010 has already been a prodigious year for FlyLo. His album Cosmogramma was hailed as a masterpiece, spawning his new ‘audio visual experience’ that has been taking Europe by storm. His new Pattern+Grid World EP shows off his more playful, beat-focused side, proving once again that he’s a producer at the peak of his powers.
