While Australian punters have been thoroughly spoiled for choice this summer with big events and even bigger festivals, that doesn’t mean the rest of the world is holding off throwing their own parties, not at all. Indeed one of the most epic international events of ‘em all, Mexico’s BPM festival, has announced their new lineup, and it’s a beauty!

Held over ten massive days (31st of December to January 9th) on the palatial Playa del Carmen on the outskirts of Cancun, BPM will ring in 2011 – and keep raging on! – with the help of some A-list DJs including international stars like Steve Angello, Seth Troxler, Loco Dice, Dubfire, Richie Hawtin and Laidback Luke.

Scope out the full lineup below and if you haven’t squared away any NYE plans then this could be your thing. Save them pesos!

10 days???? 23 artists? wow,, hope they bring their whole record collection......

I went to this festival last year, was amazing. All the big acts you have to pay for and they usually play at night at local clubs. During the day the festival is free, a club on the beach has DJs pumping tunes and everyone just drinks and partys out the front on the beach, you can usually sneak in after dark anyway.
