Flying Lotus’ awesome open source video

While the wait for summer and Flying Lotus’ epic national tour is almost too painful to bear, fans have been able to tide themselves over with the new video for FlyLo’s latest jam, Kill Your Co-Workers, which aptly features a horde of robots delightfully dismembering old-school animated people.

In true Flying Lotus fashion, the Kill Your Co-Workers video is on another stratosphere, both in terms of its content and also in its wonderfully forward thinking interactive factor. Video animator beeple has made everything in the video open source, meaning anyone clever enough to know their way around some juicy code can download the parts and remake the video in their own vision. As fun as a Red Bull hangover sounds, we’ll just watch the original vid over and over again.
