Laidback Luke dates confirmed

Hot on the heels of yesterday’s revelation that Laidback Luke is swinging down this way in summer, the DJ’s full dates have been locked in. After proving his festival clout on past visits, this time the Dutchman will be the star of the show.

In between criss-crossing the globe, Laidback Luke has been prolific throughout 2010. His malleable house sound has seen his align with a range of labels, with upcoming releases on Dim Mak and Defected. The main outlet for his club bangers though is his own Mixmash Records – a label hell-bent on “revolting against any musical stigma”.

As a DJ, Luke is all about going large. “I think we reached the point where house music and dance parties are way too serious,” he told inthemix back in June. “We should go back to having crazy, stupid fun with our friends.” Well, you heard the man…
