New York’s Electric Zoo festival gets even bigger

Frozen Aussie punters looking to escape the wind, rain and snow have long been eyeing New York’s Electric Zoo festival, which has just announced 14 new reasons to jet over to the good old US of A this September.
Juggernaut DJs Tiesto, David Guetta and Armin van Buuren (Friday, Saturday and Sunday’s headliners, respectively) will now be joined by the likes of Jaytech,Egyptrixx, SBTRKT, TOKiMONSTA and BT in his ‘laptop symphony’ setup.
The event has booked a truly mixed bag of acts to satisfy the diverse tastes of dance music aficionados in Manhattan with tance fans flocking in for Sander van Doorn, while Martin Solveig, Skrillex and Afrojack are consistent crowd pleasers.
Electric Zoo steps out in its metallic bikini and fluoro sneakers on Labour Day weekend (Friday 2 September – Sunday 4 September) which gives you just enough time to scratch up airfare and tix for the three day affair.
