All the big guns do Hard Haunted Mansion 2011

In case you missed the few hundred kids raving and rioting in the streets of LA last week as Kaskade did a free DJ gig then let us remind that dance music is a pretty big deal in US right now. And one of the linchpins in the scene over there is of course the Hard events brand which, as well as offering their stonking Hard Summer festival and a wave-rave cruise next year, hosts the annual Hard Haunted Mansion each Halloween and this year’s looks like another big bash.

Going down at the Shrine Expo Hall in Downtown LA on October 28th and 29th, this year’s Hard Haunted Mansion will be driven by some the dance community’s heaviest hitters with Fatboy Slim, Soulwax, Rusko and Skrillex holding down the headliner duties. The lineup doesn’t let up from there with Major Lazer, Fake Blood, Goose, SBTRKT and Jackmaster keeping things, err, hard.

The lineup also boasts some more esoteric fare with The Magician and Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs throwing down classy joints and Paul Chambers making the nerds happy. And to keep it from being a complete sausage fest Annie Mac is involved too.
