With plenty to buzz about on its first line-up announcement, Subsonic Music Festival has raised the stakes for 2011 with a host of new additions. French whiz Marc Antona – who released an accomplished album Rules Of Madness this year through his own Dissonant label – will bring a bag of hypnotic gear, and there’ll be an almighty techno education from A Guy Called Gerald too. Fast-rising Dutch talent SQL is also locked in, alongside Spoonbill, Tim Richards and a host of distinguished locals who might just steal the show.
