New Hot Chip side project

Hot Chip may have been keeping a fairly low profile since the release of their album One Life Stand in 2010, but there’s still plenty going on between the five band members to keep fans of the group occupied.
Joe Goddard’s project The 2 Bears has their debut album coming out soon, and now band members Al Doyle and Felix Martin are about to launch their own side project, named New Build.
Their first release will be the three-track EP Misery Loves Company, which is due out November 28. The project also features an appearance LCD Soundsystem’s Pat Mahoney, drumming on the track Guitar Man. A full album is set for release early 2012.
