M83 and SBTRKT sideshows announced

The prayers of many M83 and SBTRKT fans have today been answered, with both acts announcing sideshows to their Laneway Festival appearances next year.

Both M83 and SBTRKT will be doing shows in Sydney and Melbourne – though unfortunately, they won’t be treating the rest of the nation. Still, given how damn good M83’s Hurry Up, We’re Dreaming is, the show is probably worth travelling for. No?

There’s no official word on when SBTRKT tickets will become available, but the M83 shows go on sale Friday November 18.

So if you weren’t game to brave St. Jerome’s annual indie-fest, rejoice and mark the following dates in your diary.

M83 sideshows:
Friday 3rd February – The Prince Bandroom, Melbourne
Thursday 9th February – Metro Theatre, Sydney

SBTRKT sideshows:
Friday 3rd February – The Metro Theatre, Sydney
Thursday 9th February – The Prince of Wales, Melbourne
