Kaskade is coming to Marquee

Image for Kaskade is coming to Marquee

Having previously welcomed guests like Avicii, Above & Beyond and Afrojack, Marquee Sydney is flying in a seriously big name for Saturday 2 June. The big name in question is none other than longtime favourite of Australian crowds, Kaskade. The enduring house head was last here to warm up the Stereosonic mainstage in 2011, and this time it’ll be an up-close-and-personal show under the Marquee roof.

Kaskade will be making the long haul down here just as the Northern summer is heating up – a season that’s going to keep the DJ very, very busy. His Freaks Of Nature tour is currently on the road in the U.S., with his new stage production taking over theatres and arenas usually reserved for leading rock acts. The very next weekend after coming to Australia, he’ll be back in Las Vegas for Electric Daisy Carnival 2012, before continuing on his extensive home circuit until August. Expect to hear a host of new productions at Marquee.

This place is awesome, finally all the boyzos have one place where they can all go together and stay out of all the other places..I never have nor will go to this place, but on that note alone its my favourite club in Australia.

Wish Kaskade would go back to his Soulful house roots. But i doubt it'll ever happen, playing deep/soulful stuff doesn't get you the sort of money and commercial profile he has these days.

i really dont understand why marquee are investing $ in booking these djs. Their clientele wouldn't know/care who they are, and the true fans would never get let into the place.
waste of money, and not doing anything for the dance music scene in general
