Ben Klock & Matthias Tanzmann tapped for Fabric mixes

You can always count on the Fabric mix CD series to deliver the goods (after all, it’s been at it since 2001), and this year has been typically classy so far. Following editions from DJ Sneak and Levon Vincent, next up is Guy Gerber, who’s set to presents 16 of his own productions on Fabric 64.

Now the Fabric weekly eflyer has revealed a couple more distinguished names in the bag for 2012: tech-house specialist Matthias Tanzmann and Berghain icon Ben Klock. On the FabricLive side of things, there are volumes from Birmingham drum & bass identity DJ Hazard and dubstep/grime/two-step gun Oneman incoming. Klock’s Berghain 04 CD from a couple of years back was an arresting distillation of what he does at the Berlin techno temple, so no doubt his effort for Fabric will be one of the year’s most-anticipated mixes.
