The ‘90s are back in a big way at this year’s Fat As Butter festival, which takes over the Foreshore in Newcastle on Saturday 22 September. The dance contingent is led by a couple of throwback names – Eiffel 65 and N-Trance – with Swedish big-room duo Rebecca & Fiona also on the international guestlist.

On the local front, the festival brings bass fiends like Nick Thayer and Shockone, proven party-starters the Yacht Club DJs, and many more. The headliner is homegrown hip hop player 360, with Mystery Jets also on the bill. Tickets available from June 28. Thankfully for all, there’s no sign of Flo Rida.
