Devola streaming live today!

It’s baaack! After a brief hiatus, Fridays inthemix returns this afternoon to kick off the weekend. From 4pm today, we’ve got Sydney’s own mash-up master Devola at the ITM HQ office decks for two full hours, and we’ll be streaming the whole thing live.

As a regular at clubs like Chinese Laundry, Oh Hello and Neverland, Devola’s got plenty of experience behind the decks. Hyped as Australia’s answer to Girl Talk, Devola’s mash-ups span everything from Fatboy Slim to Hot Chip and Mr Oizo – even James Blake made an appearance on his recent mix, which crams an admirable 70 songs into 60 minutes. Plus with the local (real name Andrew Rose) having won support from the likes of Alison Wonderland and Frames, Devola’s making all the right sort of waves.
