Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs announces one-off October show

It was decidedly good news when Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs was announced as part of the growing Falls Festival lineup last month. But it turns out we won’t even have to wait until New Year’s to see Orlando Higginbottom in the flesh – the producer has just announced that he’s treating Sydney to a one-off show in October.

TEED will be hitting Sydney’s Oxford Art Factory October 4 for what’s sure to be a very-exclusive club date. The best part? Snag a first release ticket and entry will set you back just $20. Of course, Higginbottom will be showing off his killer debut album Trouble, which he released earlier this year to widespread acclaim. The one-off OAF show will be the first time the producer’s graced our shores, after Higginbottom cancelled his planned visit for Falls Festival and a host of club dates last year.

Rounding out the bill is support from a mysterious “secret special guest” and Sydney’s own Future Classic DJs. Tickets go on sale Monday August 6 at 9am through Moshtix – we’d advise getting in early.
