Marquee announce Assembly Wednesdays lineup

It’s been a busy year for Marquee Nightclub. Since first opening at the end of March, the Sydney superclub has welcomed a star-studded list of guests through its doors: the likes of Afrojack, Avicii, Nervo, Kaskade, Dirty South and Above & Beyond all getting behind the Marquee decks.
Off the back of bringing some of the biggest names in dance music to Sydney, Marquee’s announced they’re turning their focus to local favourites. Marquee is kicking off Assembly Wednesdays on September 19, a new weekly destination for those with a taste for house. First up on the Assembly Wednesdays bill are four top-shelf acts from the Modular camp: Beni, Canyons, Slow Blow and Cassian are all locked in for the upcoming weeks. It’s an impressive bill and comes as part of Marquee’s focus on keeping things about the music and for the people.
That’s not to say the club won’t still bring in heavy-hitting internationals from time to time, but they’ve promised that the first priority is keeping the DJ roster organic and local – good news, we say. Plus, if you’ve ever wanted to play at Marquee Sydney or Marquee Las Vegas, keep an eye on ITM over the next few weeks as we’ll be giving your chance at glory.
