Above & Beyond tickets on sale now

When we saw Above & Beyond in Australia earlier this year, it was on the mainstage at Creamfields alongside Alesso, David Guetta and Dirty South. In January 2013, the Anjunabeats bosses will return on their own terms for a headline tour presented by Totem Industries. Beginning at Family in Brisbane, the summer circuit will also touch down in Adelaide, Sydney, Perth and Melbourne. Tickets are now on sale, so check the ticket outlets below.

This headline tour sees Above & Beyond bringing some fast-rising acts from its label family: Andrew Bayer, who delivered the accomplished debut album It’s Artificial in 2011, and celebrated production team Norin & Rad. “Andrew actually worked on Group Therapy with us, and on the closing show of the US tour he warmed up for us,” Above & Beyond’s Paavo Sijamak told inthemix earlier this year. “It was really one of those moments where we were totally wowed and had to then go and play after him! It was dauntingly fantastic, but I think that brought it home for us. He doesn’t play many shows yet and probably wouldn’t have played this one unless we asked him, but it was an exciting moment for everybody.”

As for the headliners themselves, they’ve been hard at it throughout the Northern summer, taking their Group Therapy stage to a string of marquee festivals. Then there’s the ongoing success of the Trance Around The World radio show and yet more production work on the horizon. Expect them to be in typically polished form come January 2013.
