Be our official Stereosonic reporter!

For the past few years, inthemix and Stereosonic have been giving away a very special prize to say thanks to the contributors that help power ITM from around the country with new reviews and photo galleries each week. Back for 2012, the prize on offer is a pretty big one: we send one lucky (and very deserving) contributor on the East Coast leg of the mammoth Stereosonic tour as the official inthemix festival reporter.

But it’s not just a matter of getting a free ticket to the Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane Stereosonic. The winner does it AAA style: that means backstage passes all the way, all flights, accommodation and event transport paid for and $500 spending money to top it all off. All up, the prize is worth over $3000. But then there’s the money-can’t-buy aspect: with the 2012 edition of Stereosonic boasting no shortage of A-list names, the winner will be rubbing shoulders with the likes of Tiesto, Avicii, Calvin Harris, Diplo, Carl Cox and a whole heap more. Plus, with the winner getting either an in-depth review or photogallery published here on the site, it’s pretty unbeatable exposure and a rare foot-in-the-door of the music industry.

So how do you enter? It’s as simple as contributing to the site. Contribute at least one review or photo gallery before November 1st to go in the running to win and the more you contribute, the better your chances are. If you’re already a contributor, you’re a step ahead – any gallery or review published throughout 2012 is already counted as an individual entry. Have a read last year’s winner Ed’s (better known ‘round here as e_j_montano) recap of the 2011 tour and if you’re not already a contributor, head here to sign up!
