Falls Festival set times revealed

Falls Festival have released the highly anticipated set times for both Lorne and Marion Bay? Who will be standing on stage when January 1 (hopefully) rolls around? In Lorne Two Door Cinema Club and Parachute Youth have been given the privilege of ringing in the New Year, before cornrow aficionado Coolio hits the stage to momentarily transport everyone back to 1995 for a Gangsta’s Paradise sing-a-long. Down in Tasmania the Falls punters will bring in 2013 under the psychedelic spell of The Flaming Lips and then dance their way into January with a set from Hot Chip.

The schedule features some polished pros at getting people dancing, from the excellent Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs and SBTRKT live shows to local whiz Sampology. In Lorne, The Bamboos get to play double duty with a set on the opening night Boogie Nights soul party and a return to the main stage the following day for an afternoon set. Former Jurassic 5 DJ Nu Mark also gets two chances to impress with his toy instrument set, playing an early evening show on the main stage before hitting the grand theatre in the first few hours of 2013.
