With 2012 rapidly drawing to a close, it’s time to get your New Year’s plans into gear. But if you’re laying low on NYE to have a big one on NYD (or doing both, there’s no judgement here), Field Day is the place to be for Sydneysiders. Now just a couple of weeks out from the big day, Fuzzy have released the 2013 Field Day set times.

The Domain’s four stage set-up is definitely looking good. Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs, Erol Alkan, Hot Chip, Fake Blood and Mark Ronson are among the Centre Field contingent, while masked star SBTRKT’s got the closing honours at The Island stage. Over at Left Field you’ll find Maya Jane Coles on her debut Australian trip, joined by genre-benders Hudson Mohawke, Araabmuzik and Scuba. Locals are the order of the day on the Forest Stage, with Cassian and Peking Duk cosying up next to the as-yet-unannounced inthemix DJ comp winner. Looks like i'll be heading in early this year with Coolio. So many good acts i'd better get a good pair of walking shoes. Ahhhhhh so excited.

That is the most disorganised, randomly set line up I have ever seen.
Great line up Fuzzy, but fuck me sort your shit out with the artists and the times they are playing.

seems like the theme of the day is wake up (or kick on), go see someone good around 2-4, pass out for a couple of hours on the grass and gear up for the headliners

^^ yeah but dont forget many of these artists are also playing at summadayze in melb, so its always going to be all over the shop with acts doing shows in different states

Oooohhh nice! I'll be heading in around 1 so i can watch Aeroplane!! Then Krafty Cuts, BOOKASHADE > VAN SHE > HOT CHIP > Adrain Lux > EROL > SUBTRK AND MARK RONSON to finish it off! Bring on the new year!
