Arty and Mat Zo team up for Easter tour of Australia

Swiftly following his spot in our Most Wanted Tours Of 2013, fast-rising prodigy Arty is set to return to Australia. Sweetening the deal considerably, he’ll be joined by another fresh-faced production whiz, Mat Zo, for a co-headline tour of four cities. This one comes courtesy of Totem and Hardware, the force behind this summer’s Above & Beyond tour. It’s a good run for trance fans.

At just 23 years old, Arty’s productions are already a fixture in sets from the biggest DJs in the game. Just ask Armin van Buuren, who regularly gives Arty prime placement in his A State Of Trance radio show. Writer’s block doesn’t seem to plague the Russian producer, with a steady string of standout releases from 2009 right through till 2013. In between making music and keeping up his Together We Are radio show, Arty’s always keeping busy on the touring circuit. Mat Zo has also built his formidable reputation through a sustained hot streak in the studio. His recent hook-up with North America’s boy wonder Porter Robinson on Easy has delivered him another Beatport blockbuster, and from the looks of things he’s gearing up for a session on the hallowed BBC Radio 1 Essential Mix decks.

Arty and Mat Zo have history, too. Both producers have carved out a strong niche on Above & Beyond’s Anjunabeats flagship, coming together on the ubiquitous Rebound and Mozart in 2011. As a production team, they’ve got a lot more to give. The joint tour kicks off in Sydney on Good Friday Eve, carrying on to Adelaide and Brisbane, before the send-off in Melbourne with special guest MaRLo. Big news, this! Stay tuned for ticketing details.

Arty and Mat Zo tour dates:

Sydney – Home – 28th March (Good Friday Eve)
Adelaide – HQ Complex – 29th March (Good Friday)
Brisbane – Family – 30th March (Easter Saturday)
Melbourne – Billboards – 31st March (Easter Sunday) – With MaRLo
