Chinese Laundry have announced that UK dance act Rudimental are set to join their Future Music Festival after-party this Saturday. Future Music Festival marks the first live tour in Australia for the stratospherically rising group. The Hackney four-piece have gathered a strong fan base with their drum & bass sound reaching #1 on the UK charts and top 5 in our local ARIA charts with Feel The Love. Both their singles Feel The Love and Not Giving In have stormed the club scene and earned both a top 20 placing in Triple J’s Hottest 100 this year.
Previously in the country last year for a DJ tour, Chinese Laundry dubbed their Sydney set as the best of the year. The four-piece have an LP planned for an April release with guests to include John Newman, up and coming London vocalist Ella Eyre and female rapper of the moment Angel Haze. They bring with them a swag of their own tracks and remixes of everything from Labrinth to even Ed Sheeran. They’ll complete Future Music Festival here before returning back to their homeland for a huge national tour in support of their new album.
Tickets can be purchased at the door from 9pm.
