Amnesty International Australia’s FREEDOM Melbourne team has just announced the artists for FREEDOM Festival 2004’s Melbourne show at the Prince of Wales on 16 September. Amnesty International is an independent, politically impartial organisation which works both to promote and defend human rights around the world. The FREEDOM Festival is based on the belief that we can all use our freedom to help fight for the freedom of others. US hip-hopsters The Procussions will be headlining at the Prince of Wales, fresh from tours with Blackalicious and Jurassic 5, this will be their one and only Melbourne show. Local and interstate supports in Melbourne are Morganics (SYD), Offcutts, Debasa (SYD), DJ Ransom and Tomtom. Check ITM whatson for more details.
