After a couple of cracking parties in the salubrious surrounds of The Rev in 2004, Elements returns for round three in the more intimate confines of The Teepee on Saturday May 28.
This special all local line-up is headed by the cream of Brisbane’s live electronica crop, with Statler & Waldorf (pictured, left) bringing a repeat dose of the electro-tech goodness which rammed the Big Day Out Boiler Room to capacity earlier this year. Fresh from rocking London audiences alongside the Drummatic Twins and Friendly among others, My Ninja Lover will be taking the stage with their soulful breaks and drum’n’bass flavours. And after six months away from Brisbane stages to craft their debut album, house/breaks fusionists D-Ko will be making a welcome return with a new five-piece line-up.
DJ support comes from Cosmo Cater , Scott Walker , Mox , Nate B , with visuals and sound from Ampt Productions .
The Elements crew are also opening up a DJ slot to an ITM forum member, so keep an eye of the forums for your chance to nominate your favourite Brisbane DJ or even yourself if you’re up to the challenge!
