The final round of touring acts for the 2006 Big Day Out festival have been announced, with top class hip-hop acts forming a large part of the final round. Heading it up is bhangra/hip-hop cross-over M.I.A, along with Common, Edan and Jean Grae. As revealed on ITM recently Mylo will also be on the tour, as well as James Murphy of LCD Soundsystem/DFA, while on the electro and techno tip Vitalic and Caged Baby will also be on the bill. Other highlights on the dance and hip-hop side of things include Kid Kenobi  and MC Shureshock, the Hilltop Hoods, Sonicanimation, The Presets, Mu, Ajax and Jason Midro.

Final round lineup: Mudvayne, The Go! Team, The Subways, M.I.A, Common, Edan, Jean Grae, Mylo, James Murphy, Vitalic, Caged Baby, The Greenhornes, Shihad, Wolfmother, Kid Kenobi and MC Shureshock, The Hilltop Hoods, Cog, Beasts Of Bourbon, Sonicanimation, Sarah Blasko, Ajax, Jason Midro, Airbourne, Fast Crew, The Presets, Bit By Bats, Mu, Afra and The Incredible Beatbox Band and Drag.
