ITM exclusive - Freq Nasty and Andy Caldwell added to the Good Vibrations lineup

Excitement is mounting for the 2006 Good Vibrations Festival, with tickets for the event selling at an alarming rate following the recent announcement of first round acts for the tour, taking place in February. ITM can now exclusively give you the lowdown on two more international artists that will be appearing at the festival, with Freq Nasty and Andy Caldwell both returning to our sunny shores to partake in festivities.

Freq Nasty is on of the globe’s most popular breakbeat DJs and producers, having released several albums and countless 12”s and remixes. Originally a New Zealand native, Freq Nasty now calls the UK home, and his unique style encompasses a broad range of genres, including garage, ragga, hip-hop and techno. Andy Caldwell, who was in Australia recently to promote the release of the ‘Hemmespheres Four’ compilation CD, is an outright legend on the deep house scene. Based in San Francisco, Caldwell has released over 30 records on labels like Om, Naked and Inspirit. They join the likes of James Brown, Talib Kweli, Malente, DJ Marky, the Nextmen and more.
