Hailing from Brisbane, the Vinyl Slingers are about to celebrate their 5th birthday. To mark the occasion they’ll be hitting the road for an extensive east coast tour throughout August and September.

The 7 piece will be cramming into the tour van for shows along the east coast, and with two DJs, a turtablist, MC, drummer, didgeridoo player and African drummer on-stage at one time or another, you can be assured it’s an interesting show to say the least.

The Vinyl Slingers sound is an eclectic one, playing everything from beats and breaks through to bass-heavy funk and house. On the tour they’ll be joined by special guest MC Shureshock, fresh back from his European tour with Kid Kenobi.
