It seems an extreme change in venue from the RNA Showgrounds to Brisbane’s hottest cultural precinct The Southbank Parklands has not deterred ticket sales for Parklife, in fact quite the opposite. Promoters of the event have recently announced that the first round of earlybird tickets have completely sold out and that the 2nd round aren’t very far behind.

This will be the first time such an event has been held at the parklands, so the anticipation is high. Playing on the day are the likes of Mixmaster Mike, Krafty Kuts, Coldcut and Peter Hook of New Order fame, to name just a few.
