For those who’ve been awaiting the lineup announcement for the 2007 Big Day Out with eager anticipation… This afternoon the lineup for next year’s tour appeared on the ITM forums. While rumours are abound that the lineup is an elaborate hoax (the lineup is not ordinarily announced until early October), we’d like to advise that there’s a chance this may in fact be a pipe-dream, but in the interest of keeping our loyal readers informed, we’d like to let you know the ‘lineup’ anyway!

So the BDOForum is a reliable source these days? GnR!? This is enough to confrim that this is fake. TV Rock and Bob Sinclar? Come on, thats just silly. The only place to get the announcement 1st is the official BDO Site on the 1st Wednesday of October

Some red herrings in there - but, believe it or not, more truth than myth here. Muse and Tool have already been confirmed for some time. I saw GNR overseas this year and they put on a killer show.

I find this line up hard to believe. Too many international bands. TOOL are going on tour yeah, but being a huge fan, I don't think they're commercial enough to do a Big Day Out. Would be great as their tour is only Syd

I really hope the fooeys come but tool will not headline if the fooeys play. Come on guys Fooeys are arguably the biggest rock band in the world. I was there to see gunners at eastern creek in 1992. Wouldn't be the same without slash.... I hope they bring
