With their brand new single ‘Closer’ out now, Sydney 8-piece Kid Confucius will hit the road for a series of shows across NSW over the coming months. The new single, which has been likened to artists as varied as Curtis Mayfield and Timbaland, was produced by Sydney favourite Buchman and mixed by Russell Elevado, the Grammy Award winning studio boffin who has worked with The Roots, Common, D’Angelo and Talib Kwali. The single is lifted from the band’s debut LP, expected in early 2007.
