If you’re more interested in spending your NYE in a club, as opposed to the large scale parties, then you could do a lot worse than checking out Electrik Avenue at the Burdekin on Oxford St this December 31st. Spread over three levels, there’ll some of Sydney’s favourite underground delights, as well as a number of international guests. Expect only the freshest in house, electro and indie.
Level 1: Quality House, hosted by Splash Music: John Devecchis, Mark Dynamix, Monkey Tennis DJs, Alex Almeida and Nitty Gritty
Level 2: Electronica, hosted by Tribal Sessions: Bjorn Wilke (Germany), DJ Cess (Germany) and Luna
Level 3: Electronewpunkrock, hosted by The Filth: Banshee, Hollies and Lover Tits.
