The Espy has just announced that A-Trak and Andy Smith will be playing one show together in the Gershwin room on Saturday 18th November with supports from Ransom and CWD.

A-trak took to the decks at the age of 13 and is the founder of Audio Research Records with his brother Dave. Not too long ago Kanye West took a particular interest in A-trak and made him his official tour DJ.

Andy Smith is known for his work with Scott Hendy as Dynamo productions and as a stand alone DJ/artist and producer who provided Portishead with sample material for their first couple of albums. He went on to make his name as the band_s international tour DJ _ reflecting their respect for both the art of digging for breaks and hip-hop scratch DJ-ing. Hip-hop elements formed the basis of the unique Portishead sound.
