Check yourself into the Blacket Hotel this Saturday night to see the latest that the Rising High crew has in store for its fans. DJs playing at this month’s installment will include John Glover, Ron Moore, Teefa and a special collaboration between Spit Syndicate and The Lullabyes. Spit Syndicate have been touted by the Hilltop Hoods as the next big thing in Aussie hip hop, while The Lullabyes are already building a strong fans base for their live performances featuring a pop/soul funk sound.

The mission statement of the Rising High organisers is to deliver a diverse artist line up with an emphasis on quality music. They claim they aren’t all about the DJ or all about the band, instead seeking diverse sounds that combine to make a quality party.

Rising High kicks off at 8pm this Saturday at the Blacket Hotel, level 3, corner of King and George Street. $20 on the door.
