DJ Revolution and Black Grass are going to be playing at the Espy in March. Once again The Espy is giving back to the punters by hosting both events as Espy free front bar shows.

Aside from his weekly DJ and production duties on the radio show based out of Power 106 in Los Angeles, DJ Revolution lent his now infamous scratch techniques and production skills to many artists, established and up and coming alike. Dilated Peoples, Canibus, Chino XL, Tha Alkaholiks, Mystic, Bootcamp Click and many more have all witnessed the turntable wizardry or pounding beats that Revolution brings to the table.

Mex is a bona fide vinyl junkie. In the mid-nineties he fed his addiction by working in record shops, DJing hip hop and funk breaks at seminal Brighton night Knowledge Of Self, warming up for the likes of OC, Jurassic 5 and Big L. The recently released Black Grass album sees him collaborating with a new selection of vocalists from established MCs Blu Rum 13 & Micall Parknsun through to lesser known (but not lesser quality) vocalists like Okou.

Black Grass DJ Set is happening on Saturday 10th March and support on the night will come from DJ Mu-gen, Flagrant and Shikung.

DJ Revolution is set to play on Friday 23rd March, special guests are yet to be announced.
