Minimal/techno/electro/tech night LooseKaboose is one year old this month, returning to the scene on March 31st at The Flinders.
Co-promoters and resident DJs Trinity and Steve Culgan have always insisted that LooseKaboose isn’t about music for the masses: it’s a night for people who love to listen and dance to techno. It’s about quality music, a quality venue, a quality sound system and a crowd who are into the tunes for the tunes.
More of a series of monthly parties than a regular club night, Phil Smart, Dan Mangan and Sydney’s own superstar Deepchild are lined up to play LooseKaboose over the next three months. They’ll be supported by residents Trinity (returning from overseas after winning the Pioneer/Smirnoff Pro Dj comp), Steve Culgan, JoDee and Claire Morgan.
LooseKaboose runs on the last Saturday of each month at The Flinders Hotel in Darlinghurst, check below for details.
