We’ll be getting not one but two performances from the NZ live act Antix this weekend at the special Long Weekend Deep As Fu*k gig. The first will be a classic Antix live set in the indoor room of the Abercrombie Hotel, while the other will be outside where they’ll debut their new minimal techno project to Australian fans. Under the alias of Fiord, the NZ duo will take the wraps off their new sound that puts the focus on minimal rhythms, twisted vocals and live instruments.

While the gig may represent Fiord’s Australian debut, Antix is an act that many locals are already well aware of. After performing live in over 25 countries and performing in big festivals to crowds in excess of 10,000, they’ve cultivated a reputation as one of New Zealand’s premier live electronic artists. The crew from DeepAsFu*k are proud to have the brothers back in Sydney for a double debut over the long weekend.
