One of the biggest names in electro house Tocadisco will be returning this December for a jaunt of national tour dates with the Famous crew. He already played a series of rapturously received performances at the 2006 edition of the Future Music and Two Tribes festivals before, returning later in the year for a series of dates around the New Year period, so there’s obviously a lot of love in Australia for his sound.
Hailing from Cologne in Germany, he kicked off his DJing career at the early age of 16 before going professional 10 years later in 2000. In 2004 he released his first single Nobody Likes the Records That I Play which went onto become a massive hit, and later on his remix of Mylo’s In Your Arms became one of the most played records over the summer of 2005. Countless remixes followed and his remix of The Egg’s Walking Away was a certified club smash, famously reworked by David Guetta for Love Don’t Let Me Go. And he’ll be back for more Aussie club action when our summer rolls around!
Catch Tocadisco at the following dates for Famous…
Dec 1st: Sydney
Dec 2nd: Gold Coast
