UK electro-pop live act Hot Chip will be arriving in Australia shortly, with a sold out national tour on the cards. If you missed out on a ticket to their show at the Metro, you now have a chance to catch them in club mode, as they’ll be appearing at Sounds On Sunday for their only Sydney DJ set, August 5th.

Hot Chip’s forthcoming tour coincides with the release of their first ever mix CD, with the band turning in a mash of indie, wonky electro-pop, Detroit techno, off-kilter house and hip hop for German label !K7’s ‘DJ Kicks’ series. All the more reason to check them doing a DJ set!
