Yep, the hysteria is certainly building… There’s been a sense of excitement in the air since the announcement last week that Daft Punk would be bringing their mystical pyramid down to Australia before the end of the year, and presales will be available on ITM from midday today, September 5th. Here are all of your questions answered!
How much are tickets?
Tickets will be $127.50 inclusive of booking fee for the Sydney, Perth and Brisbane shows, while the Melbourne gig will cost $135 inclusive of booking fee. The reason the Melbourne show is slightly higher is because we’ve managed to secure limited number of reserved seats at the front of the bowl for fans who get in early!
Do you have to be an ITM-VIP to buy pre-sale tickets?
You do NOT have to be ITM-VIP member in order to have access to the presales, but you do have to be a member of inthemix. Standard membership is totally free, so if you haven’t signed up yet, click HERE.
Is there a limit on how many tickets I can buy?
There is no limit on how many tickets you can buy in each transaction.
Does inthemix have the special offer of a copy of ‘Musique Vol 1’ with each ticket sold?
Yes, as an added bonus a copy of Daft Punk’s Musique Vol 1 will be given away for every ticket while stocks last!
When will the tickets be sent?
Please note that tickets and CDs cannot be shipped until tickets go on sale to the general public on September 13th, so please allow additional time for delivery.
How is inthemix going to handle the extra load on the site when tickets go onsale?
ITM has activated its online queueing system so that you can access the store in the order you arrived. When you’re in the queue make sure you don’t refresh your page or that will bump you to the back of the queue.
When do tickets go onsale?
Midday today, Wednesday September 5th!

this is fukin bull shit i log on at 11.30 and i get this msg that someone pulled the plug so no go, then after an hour i get in and i manage to secure 6 tickets - i fill out all the details - credit card and all hit submit and then boom bad luck all gone - i thought once u got an item in your shopping cart its yours wtf

lol i waited in the queue and when the page actually loaded it had PHP errors, not entirely happy. Is the site broken ? ive had to refresh and wait again....

Pretty crappy queue, got booted out twice while waiting for 3 hours. Went to ticketmaster and got one straight away, lawn only ;( , but at lest I got one.

"BOLLOX" I had that "you are in the queue thing for HOURS, then the whole site was down. I (like many people apparently) had to get my tickets from ticketmaster, who apparently actually have the infrastructure to meet the damands on thier service. Lame ITM.. VERY VERY LAME.....

Absolute crap.. got on at 12.01, waited in que, got errors eventually, not even a chance to get through to the shop.. went the way of ticketmaster but could only get Lawn.. absolutely bullshit all the way

Looks like the correct way to do it was through Ticketmaster, I had my ticket bought by 12:01, granted Brisbane hasn't sold out yet... I guess this is a lesson to us all.

What a rip off, what is it all comming too.. I can understand paying $120.00 going to the Big Day Out to see loads of acts but $127.00 just to see one act is rediculous. Come on promoters surely you do not need to profiteer to the point of being insane. I guese it all comes down to Supply and and demand, if people stupid enough too pay the price then the show will go on. Good luck with the event I hope someone comes to their senses.

Yeh it seems getting your tickets from Modular was the best way...my mate got them for me. We got row D middle for Melbourne! From what I can gather those who got seating numbers are the ones with reserved seats...so you'll have the option of seeing it from your seats (which is closer to the action) or you can wander off into general admission. I think that's how it works. There's a seating chart at ticketmaster so you can check out how its all set up there.
