The Sound Alliance, parent company of successful community websites inthemix.com.au, FasterLouder.com.au and SameSame.com.au, are looking for an enthusiastic Editorial Coordinator to support our very busy content team in Sydney on a full-time basis.

You will be responsible for assisting the Editors in managing the national contributor base, maintaining our sites’ exhaustive event listings, handling the administration of competitions and giveaways, and helping to sub-edit and approve the constant stream of articles submitted through our online content management system.

This is a newly created, entry level role and is perfectly suited to someone looking to build a career in media, preferably with appropriate tertiary qualifications. If you’re a gifted organiser with exceptional written and verbal communication skills we want to hear from you. You’ll also have lightning fast typing fingers and the ability to spot and correct a spelling or grammatical error at a thousand paces. Most importantly, you’ll have a broad understanding, knowledge and passion for music and lifestyle content relevant to our diverse audience base.
