Still haven’t made up your mind as to what you’ll be doing this New Years Eve? Well if you’re keen to head along to Bondi to catch Groove Armada at Shore Thing, then you’d better get a move on as tickets are selling extremely quickly. ITM expects to sell out within a couple of days and Fuzzy reports that all other tickets are moving extremely quickly, so consider this an inthemix community service announcement!

Gearing up for its third consecutive NYE party, the last two featuring massive headliners in the form of Fatboy Slim and Basement Jaxx, this year’s installment is set to be another cracker with Groove Armada at the helm. The band burst back into public consciousness this year with Soundboy Rock, their first album since 2004’s Lovebox, and they’ve continued to wow crowds around the world with their much-loved live performances.

Of course they’ll be joined by Sneaky Sound System, who have absolutely dominated the Australian pop landscape during 2007. Also known for their engaging live performances, they’ll be hitting the stage as a live three-piece act.
