Along with Amber Savage, DJ/producer BeXta shares the title of Australia’s ‘First Lady of Hard Dance,’ and this week we’ve got a brand spankin’ new remix of her 2001 big room classic One for the Road. For free!
2001, BeXta released One For The Road in the UK and it sent waves throughout the hard dance community. Initially on the UK label Recover, it was eventually sub-licensed to a heap of countries around the globe. It was reviewed in Mixmag and received a storming 4 star rating, and appeared on many mixes and charts, including BBC’s Radio One 2001 anthems list and the Nukleuz Ibiza compilation.
This year BeXta has announced a new One For The Road release on her recently established Mixology Digital label. The 2007 release will include the original mix, BeXta’s 2007 remix, a tech trance mix from the Deligate and Nick Collings, a Patrik Carrera Paranoid Rub, which is tribal tech trance, a hardstyle mix from Gazmatron and an electro rework from Boiler Room Ben.
