Think you’ll be nursing a sore head on Tuesday morning after you return to work? Well you can look forward to the first round of lineup announcements for the country’s biggest, most enduring and most loved festival, none other than the Big Day Out.

We’ve already enjoyed several leaks of the mighty acts that will be present on next January’s bill when the Big Day Out roams around the country. Music fans broke out in joyous song when it was announced that a reformed Rage Against The Machine would be arriving back in the country in the new year and it has now been confirmed that they’ll be a part of the festival.

Icelandic warbler Bjork has also been confirmed after much speculation, and James Lavelle dropped several hefty hints to inthemix when he was here in September that he’d be back to perform live in January as part of UNKLE.
