Kink getting busy in Melbourne

Having proved itself to be one of Sydney’s hottest weekly nights for almost 5 years, the Kink crew are finally set to take their winning formula south of the border, kicking of a brand new weekly residency in Melbourne at super-fresh Prahran venue Valve Nightclub.

Kink’s dominance over Saturday nights in Sydney chugged on unhindered for a number of years, and following the recent announcement that they’d be taking a break from the weekly grind in NSW to refocus their attentions on a new venture, the news that they’re launching in Melbourne comes not a moment too soon.

The club brand, which has two successful mix CDs under their belt (compiled by Moguai and Sharem Jey, alongside Kink resident Ben Morris) also recently kicked off in Brisbane, so their quest for Australia-wide dominance shows no signs of slowing down.

Guests appearing at the club between now and the end of the year include DJ Falcon of the Daft Crew, Riot In Belgium, Hook N Sling, Sam La More, the Aston Shuffle, Ben Morris and Purple Sneakers DJs. Word is that the venue is also something to behold, having been built entirely from the ground up, with top quality decor and sound.
